Proportional Refund Structure
Our supplements are presented in curated boxes containing varying number of sachets.
Because we believe you should have the opportunity to experience the product, refunds are calculated proportionally based on the number of unused, unopened sachets returned.
Refund Calculation
Refund = (Unopened Sachets Returned ÷ Total Sachets in Box) × Product Purchase Price
For example, if 18 unopened sachets are returned from a 30-sachet box, your refund will reflect 18/30 of the original purchase price.
Please note:
- Only unopened and unused sachets are eligible for refund.
- Opened sachets cannot be refunded due to health and safety standards.
- Sachets must remain in good condition and free from damage or tampering.
- Refunds are calculated individually per box.
Packaging & Condition
The original outer box is not required.
However, sachets must be carefully packaged when returned to ensure they arrive undamaged. Any sachets damaged during return transit may not qualify for refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Company of Wellness cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

In these cases, we will promptly arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
