The Advanced Challenge

For those who have gone through the earlier levels or currently work out and want to incorporate moderate-intensity workouts into their routine, Level 3 offers a shorter work-to-rest ratio to raise the intensity.

Designed to be low-impact for joint safety, this level provides a bit more of a challenge with quicker tempos and shorter rest times.
